Recently I've been seeing a type of 'rainbow' effect used on pictures or in headers of designs. I was wondering does anybody know a tutorial where I could learn this effect? Thanks.

theres two ways you can do it.
Make a lot of rectangles and change the colour. of each. tedious but it does the job.
secondly, draw a rectangle go to gradient overlay and there is a drop down menu. It should say something like solid. click it and select the other thing then change the colour. try fiddling with it.
