Streaming with Dazzle

I got my splitters for my dazzle today so i could strat recording. Dazzle works perfectly. I want to be able to stream my games online. I can get the video to appear but there is no audio even when i select i want audio and select the dazzle audio i usually select when i'm recording. I did a Google search and found a website telling you how to do it and found this:

1.Press the wrench icon next to Dazzle DVC 100 video device.
2.A window will pop up, click the "crossbar" tab
3.Under output select from the drop down menu "audio decoder out"
4.Under input select from the drip down menu "audio line in"
5.Click "OK" and now you have working audio

I have no idea where i have to do it. It doesn't say anywhere on the page where i'm meant to be doing all that. Oh and by the way i'm using Justin.tv.

You cant, Myself and Josh have tried all these methods they dont work. You can either buy a capture card for recording or streaming. The streaming one is cheaper but the quality is worse. I havent tried it with my Hauppauge but I dont think it can either.
