    Get OEM of vista instead of retail, free £50 or something.

    get a cheaper PSU. 850w or so.

    maybe, I read in a book though that they're copy got suspended as they weren't a system manafacturer

    Get rid of the OS. Just download it? Also maybe cut back on the keyboard/mouse.

    Doing that will save you £250-300.

    With OS you need to be careful as it can be patched so you cant use a downloaded copy. Also I want this keyboard in particular as it runs on 2.4 frequency giving it excellent range.

    edit: down to £2050, it would be great if I could get below £2000
