k well i got bored so installed old versions of stuff on old comp (running XP)

Apache 2.2.4
PHP 4.4.7
mySQL 5.0
phpmyAdmin 2.11.9.4

anyways i installed the stuff but phpmyadmin can't actually write stuff to the hard drive, but is there anyway that i can make it able to right to the hard drive on XP? so i can make new databases n stuff.

Install a program called XAMPP.

This installs all that for you, plus, it sets the permissions.
