    Hi..., ive been seeing people on here having paypal accounts and stuff, and i thought it might be useful if i have one to sell layouts or win prizes. Do you have to be 16 or over though to make one (im 14). When i first go on it says:

    Personal business or partner. Which one do i click? +rep

    I dont know about age, I was 16 when I made mine so no idea. I think I clicked personal although again I can't remember Just select whatever makes the most sense to you.
