I read a theory online, the mission where you're in the museum you get an achievement right? "Impossible Trinity", this theory dictated that as there are 2 DLC chapters then there is the potential for 3 different characters. 1st Niko, 2nd Johnny and 3rd Luis. All of these featured in the museum, thus the impossible Trinity.

Just a theory!

I think I'll be buying it, just for what it appears to do to the bikes. They were shabby at best for most of IV, but the physics have supposedly been fixed.
