U3 USB San Disk not working...

k i've had the stick for about 4 months? i plugged it into this machine (vista) and it doesn't seem to load.

(The removable storage is there but it requires a USB application to start first so i can enter password so i have access to the files) the files called LaunchU3.exe which opens soon as you enter it, it opens on mine fine then it closes (after it closes its meant to open LaunchPad where it prompts me for pass etc) but that doesn't open

i tried it on my other comp and works fine. any ideas?

Same with me, the LaunchU3 never comes up anymore when plugged in, and I cant start it manually.

Thankfully I managed to get it working on an old pc, removed the password so there is no need for the U3 program to start anymore.
