Can't change clothes..

The little blue loading bar just stays there.
I use Google Chrome as my default browser, and it doesn't work on there.
Nor does it work on Internet Explorer.
However I'm able to change clothes on the USA hotel, which I use often.
Any way to fix this?

Delete all your cookies and temp. files.
Try it again.

Reinstall your browsers and update to the newest versions.
