    I think that means its overheating right? Is that like chips inside are overheating?

    Two flashing red lights means that your 360 is overheating and needs to cool down. Let it sit for an hour before you start playing again. Make sure that your 360 is away from all sources of heat and has at least five feet of space in all directions.
