STUPID GLITCH/ERROR!

whenever i log into the hotel, this is what i see:


i dunno why i dont get a bottom bar or anything! ive tried everything i could think of. also the console doesnt open most of the time. does anyone know what i can do?

I had that aswell. Then I used a different computer and it worked. Apparently you have to re-install Shockwave. Uninstall first.

Update your Shockwave or uninstall & reinstall your Shockwave.

It has probably already been said, but that's the common problem.
