    Default PS Issue

    I have Photoshop that I downloaded onto by USB a while back, when I install it it's fine; however when I run it I get this problem:

    Any ideas?

    Now I cannot enter a product key to do anything. Is there something I can edit or delete?

    You need to completely unistall it then install it again.

    If it possible try to get the CD again.
