My computer won't recognize USBs

I'm not exactly technologically savvy so it would be really helpful if you could go into a little detail when explaining.

Anyway it won't recognize any USBs and I'm not sure what's going on, from what I can see everything looks fine in BIOS and I don't think they've been uninstalled or deleted, I've tried a system restore and nada...
