File Compression

Is there any program around on the internet that allows me to compress my quicktime movie files? (MPEG-4 Movie)

I need this because if i compress movie files to a smaller size then i'll be able to fit more onto my iPhone.

Just to let you know i've already converted these files from .avi files to a MPEG-4 file.

You could try this programme:

It lets you choose output size, bitrate etc, which would let you achieve a smaller size
