    A hard drive, I'm considering getting a 20G or 40G one, but I'm not to sure why I'm getting it but my mate says that because my Cod5 is broken, I should buy a hard drive and borrow a mates game and upload it and then it will work perfectly, but I need to have my disk in, is this true? I can put movies and music on so that is a + I guess. Should I get one, and if I do, how much would it be pre-owned from game and how big?

    Because if you don't have one you;

    • can't go on live
    • can't download stuff
    • can't save games

    Because you can't save your gamesaves. Can't save your profiles, can't do anything. I got the 120GB elite, as I watch alot of movies streaming from my PC and also put them onto my Xbox.

    You can go on live if you have a 512mb memory stick thing for it etc.

    A HDD is a MUST. Especially a 120GB one now you can install games.
