    I think you need to ring them up, they ask for your tracking number etc, give them your address, then you both make a suitable time then they should pick it up.
    That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and own it, squeeze it and hold it cause we consider these minutes golden.

    If you called them and asked for them to drop off a box they would send UPS to deliver you a box and while the guy is there dropping off a box you can arrange for him to pick the xbox up another day or for him to take it straight away then you just wait for microsoft to send it back.

    Pretty simple really.

    Oh right, I think that's what you do after you've recieved the box and all that, I thought you already had it (I think you do, I dunno)
