CoD:WaW won't run?

My computer does not meet the requirements:

Minimum: Intel Pentium 4 / AMD 64 3200+You Have: AMD Athlon(tm) XP 2800+
)

And the video card does not meet the requirements?
But I do not get it, I install it.. double click on the shortcut and does not open? And I receive a 'send error' report button.

Could it be the video card?

I had this error on my laptop, basically it's saying your processor and graphics card are not sufficient enough to run WAW. Anyway it's a **** game and most clans/competitions play CoD4 because quite frankly IF kick treyarchs ass. Just get a new computer or upgrade it and get CoD4 as well as it's so much better and more play it.

Do you play other games online like CSS and stuff, because they'd work if you have the graphics output on the lowest settings but it's still decent and playable. If you get a good server its generally lag free as well.
