okay this is pretty complicated but yer.

what I want is to have like some images in a div. When the images are displayed they are resized to a set size (say, 150x150 pixels). These thumbnails are at a low opacity (about 30%) but when you hover over them their opacity is faded to 100%, and then when you remove your cursor from the thumbnail it fades back to 30%. I then need it so when you click the thumbnail, it comes up as the full image in lightbox or somewhere else on the page.

And i need it to be customisable so I can change the opacities, thumbnail sizes etc.
