before accepting they remove one bar oyu have to be vigilnt

nop, if the one person removes something when the other person has theirs locked, then theirs will become unlocked so they will be required to look at what the other person is trading

People with a trading pass can still do this, and all you have to do to get one is be online for a while and verify your email.
