I can't read my mail.

Well my mum can't.

She has a virgin account and she signed in with the account on windows messenger. She then press the E-Mail button then it opened up in Microsoft Outlook. None of our family knows how to get it started, can anyone help?

It's asking for Microsoft Exchange server and Mailbox - wth?!

To start with I highly doubt you have a Microsoft Exchange mailbox, so just cancel that. Also I am sure you can find detailed instructions on configurating your email account with Microsoft outlook on your provider's website.
