F2P Gold Transfering

Seeing as I am also using a f2p account to bot, what is the best and safest way of transfering gold, and the botter is level 3.

Well seeing as you can't use Bounty Hunter, the only way I can think of is Junk Trading.
I'm not sure what junk there is on F2P that you could use though.. sorry.
