New Commands For Owners

Personally, I think there should be more room commands for owners of rooms.

First of all, one of the most suggested ideas. Owners should be able to remove rites from a room by typing their name or :remove [name] and a command to show who has rites in the room [:rights]

Secondly, a command function that is basically like a log of what is happening in the room. For example, it might say 'DippinDonut1 moved lodge corner'. Obviously it won't record every single thing but just general things such as kicks, moving furni etc. This with the remove rites command would easily stop trashers in rooms.

I like it, And by to advance on the trashing thing, if it notices more than 10 pieces of furni moved within 20 seconds the rights should be removed.
