    Talking Sore Nose...(lol)

    This is kinda minor and random but,

    my nose, it's kinda like sore and irritated on the outside of the right nostril. LOL it doesn't look sore or brused but, it is lol and I can't remember hitting it or walking into anything.. WEIRD... Unless I mysteriously hit myself in the night.. OUCH! Anyway, lol any diseases I could be suffering from? (lol)

    You may have a small spot under the skin. Try using some cream or face wipes on it.

    My brother got this and it turned out he had impetigo... it could be nothing though, or just a little spot or something.
    I'd just leave it and see if it gets any worse.

    It's probably a spot. I've had one there before (which doesn't seem to be visible), and it's really annoying. It should be gone soon. If it lasts more than a couple of days, you will probably want to see your doctor.
