The layout might looked messed up on your resolution or browser, but it looks fine on mines. If it looks messed up, don't use it .

You could easily make it look fine in all resolutions by putting a wrapper around the boxes and banner and then putting the margin to auto...

You should be able to make it work for every resolution.

Still as bad. You've just added an background, which could be made with CSS instead of an Image
