I am thinking to create a scene how should i make it?
Like a picture shot for school?

I don't like the hair at all, just looks all one shade and doesn't really have any definition or enough shading.
The face doesn't help the sexuality either, try giving her? eyelashes.
Also, the line is too thick on the inside of the right arm (habbos right) and the hand on the left (habbos left) doesn't look right.

For the scene, make a cheerleader scene or something !

I think the shading on the skirt looks weird the shape is ok althou the feet are a bit weird to but other than that I like it im sure you can fix the shading

She doesn't look like she has much of a chest at all, which is something Anime girls are quite known for

The other thing is that her hair is too close to the habbos head. Hair in real life is never flat to our heads, and Rukia especially has sort of a bob haircut, which means theres a lot of volume in the hair that you're not showing in your alt.

It also doesn't really look like a skirt because the shading is really dark in the middle, which gives it the illusion of still being shorts.

Everything else has already been said, but good try. As for the scene, she could be jumping up to fight something?
