Hi, I'm 70 in att/str/def/hp and have a sara sword + full bandos armour so I am preeetty well defensive and offensive. Would I be able to start Slayer without struggling to much with the assignments or should I level up a bit more? Also, what are the drops like and do you get full combat xp when fighting them? Thanks. =]

You can be any level to start training Slayer.
Start off with Vannaka, and if he gives too many easy tasks, then move onto Chaeldar as your Slayer Master.
Yes, you get combat exp. All the small drops you get from your tasks build up over time.
I think from level 52 when you can kill Jellies, you start making good cash.
Obviously 83+ is when you can get a lot of cash.

I'm really enjoying slayer, I am level 20 and have made around 100k from it so far (earth warrior drops). I might move on to chealder if it means better slayer xp.

Using Chaeldar would give you better exp but she also gives you harder tasks like Dragons.
You could try some of her tasks, but if you find them too hard, then you should go back to Vannaka.
