New VIP Competitions Forum.

I have created a VIP Competitons forum for an extra feature for you VIP's. Instead of making threads about it in here I will carry on doing what MissAlice does in Habbox Member Competitons.

You cannot post threads only reply to threads. Competitions will be coming hopefully the start of the UK summer holidays when I get things sorted. Hopefully I will also have enough donations for then as I'm sticking in lots of rares too.
