Im 50 farming and want 60 so was wondering what exactly i should do
i also want 52-60 con and was wondering what i should make aswell

If you want to get construction up then build mahogany tables at your steel framed work bench. It will cost a lot but it's really quick.

For farming, the fastest experience would be to plant the best trees and fruit trees you can. You only need to plant them once a day.
If you want to make cash from farming, you should plant herbs as well, and do 3-5 runs per day.

As for construction, I think the best experience is probably to make oak larders, using a butler. It'll be quite expensive though.
