Bad Pop-Up Problem

Well..

I've used firefox for ages now and have always done and I've got the odd pop-up while browsing sites like rslinks.org oneddl.com alivedownload.com and stuff like those who post rapidshare links of films and tv shows and ive always had a pop-up when I visit them but lately it's getting really annoying. I would like right click to 'Copy' the links and i'd get pop-up or even two which i'd have to close and right click again and then click copy and go onto another page to find something to download and i'd get another pop-up and I have a pop-up blocker along with Firefox's ad blocker but dont seem to work. I have a ad blocker and that works fine but when it comes to pop-ups seems to be a pain in the but now.

Any solution or really amazing pop-up blocker software I could download to get rid of them.

i use google toolbar, its got a pop-up blocker built in and i haven't had a pop up for ages
