Video editing need help +REP

Hey guys,
I was gonna make a video with hypercam on habbo, but i need to use an effect like they do with real movies, like take this for instance when a hot lady comes on they move the screen up and down from her head to her toes if that makes sence, how can i do that with hypercam or is there any helpfull programs that can do this with?

Well, I don't know if you can do exactly that, but you can use Windows Movie Maker as a bare basic for move making like that.
