MySQL Problemo !!!

Ok so Im trying to make a news system and doing quite well so far but when I try to write the news to a data base I get this error
Column count doesn't match value count at row 1

any idea what it means and what I need to do?

I had this error i think it was the database im not sure.

i dont see how remaking the DB would help "/ what code are you useing to write to the database?
