Default 02 Mobile Broadband - Poor picture quality

So yeah, I've just moved to 02 mobile broadband, and I've noticed that the picture quality on the internet is really poor, with it telling me to Shift + R in order for better quality for that individual picture or Ctrl + F5 for the whole page. Is there any permanant way to get better picture quality without having to do this every time, as its rather annoying.

Call O2 and ask them to take the bar off your account, although I wouldn't recommend it.

That is meant to happen on MOBILE broadband, it speeds up page loading, you can change it in your internet settings to get the full image, but I would leave it.
