    Default Help in dreamweaver

    I have sliced my layout in 4 slices dj says, banner, nav and content. Then i have made a new HTML file in dreamweaver and done 4 tables and put the slices in there should i have done 4 tables or 1 table for all the images?

    best way to do it using divs theres a thread somehwere ill try find it follow that init

    1. You're slicing it all wrong.
    You can't slice the navigation as one image. You need to slice each link, if you're using tables.
    You can't slice the content box as one image either. You need to slice content_top, content_mid & content_bot.
    The rest are fine I think.

    2. Try not using tables for layouts.
    Try learning DIVs - It's really simple!
    Also, It's much easier than tables.
