Right heres the story,

I was downloading a 1.10 GB file anyway i was ment to switch off the plug for light and i flicked off my macs plug. I start up safari again and my download says finished now.

But the thing is its not complete it was me who by mistake shut the mac off. So instead of me having to download this whole file again is there a download manager that could retrieve what i all ready have and cary on with the download.
