I have a really sharp shooting pain down my left leg. Mainly the top part, but you can feel it down to the foot. It really is bad, could it just be growing pains? I've had it since around 9.30 this morning.

Was it hurting right away when you woke up, or did it start a little while after (I know you said 930 but is that when you woke up?). It's possible you slept on it badly, which usually will go away after another day or so unless you slept on it badly enough to have severely injured it. Or did you hurt it in some other way, or did it just randomly start to pulsate pain at 930? It could just be growing pains but to be honest I've never personally had them and I haven't really known anyone who has had legitimate pain as a result of growth, so I feel like it's the result of something else..

The pain has stopped now, it lasted only a day, but it was strong. And I got up at 7am, so it happened and a half hours after I got up. But I doubt it's anything serious as its gone now. Thanks for your help anyway, +rep
