    Hiyaaaa...

    I'm going to buy some RAM today... (yippeee ;/)

    Anyway... which one:

    (4gb but on a 32 bit system)

    Go for the one that you said, its seems pretty decent.
    How much are you looking to spend though

    The first one, the CL is lower, meaning the pc will generally be a little bit faster.

    Second one has a higher bandwidth. Bandwidth will benefit you much more than latency in your case imo.
