Call Of Duty - Not working.

Basically, When I put on Call Of Duty it does not let me play it.
It comes up with;
'The disc is unreadable,
- Clean the disc with a soft cloth
- Restart your console'
Did both of them,
Still no luck.

So I tried it with another account (Silver Xbox Live Membership) doesn't work.
Tried it with a non-xbox live account, and it works :S

Anyone know why?

The disk may have a scratch which would need to be repaired at game or in some cases unrepairable

take the disc to be cleaned properly i think some shops can do it

Xbox live was hit by a Look alike virus, dont ask; my mate told me

There were no viruses.
It was because they were removing the "double xp" feature... Think about it.

Think about it, that doesnt matter, it disconnects from xbox live when they do that

Mine sometimes comes up with

"please insert this disc into an xbox 360 console"

even tho it already is but thts only occasionally i jus reload an normally works. try cleanin disc or suttin or buy a new 1 preowned then go back an switch discs say it dont work an get refund
