This is what I always do, stand up and go onto tip toes, then put all your wait on the foot until it clicks! Always works for me

Eww that sounds painful, turn it untill it pops =S

I would probably just rest it as much as possible and if it didn't feel better after a few days go see a doctor.

i think i know what your getting at.

Try twisting it around sounds like a twist or a light sprain. I play football and i have weak ankles. Doctor said i probably sprain or twist my ankle at least once a week so im used to it. It must even be an ache or cramp. Try twisting it around both ways, and if not - give it a day or two and if it still hurts go to doctors.

I had that yesterday while I was walking around Staples, people were looking at me while I was looking for a place to click it . I would say just try as best you can to click it.
