Speech on capital punishment!

I have to do a speech next monday for english language coursework, and the topic I chose was capital punishment simply because I think it is easy to talk about. How wrong I was. I don't know what to do except:

• What is capital punishment?
• What countries have capital punishment?
• My opinion on capital punishment.

Any ideas on what else I can do? And also, any ideas how to stand up infront of everyone and actually talk? I really fear this, and I'm very worried about it. +rep for help

For talking, breathe in and out, and take it as a joke.
If you dont take it as serious you will be much more relaxed.

Push your stomach out and breathe deeply, so your blood flow is normal, making you less nervous

yeah its good cause it makes you aware of your posture and looking up (im assuming youre reading it from a paper and not memorizing it). and just generally speaking it out loud helps for obvious reasons. i hate speaking in front of people.

well depends on his stance on the issue lol.

Here's what helps me.

Get naked infront of a full body mirror and say the whole speech. This way you'll be looking at the whole audience as nudes.

Throw some jokes in the speech. Learn to laugh about it.

Look at a whole bunch of porn before you do the speech. Think about that while you say it infront of everyone.
