    Well im wanting a 1.2 blueish renault and im wondering how much i should be looking at with a good mileage and what i should look for really, its going to be my first car so yeh a wee bit of help

    Brothers Black clio, 3 door, 54 Plate Was £4k...

    Dunno about mileage at the time, probs about 60-80k?

    Stay away from Clio's 1 worst cars on road according to my dad who owned his own garage

    uh, well worth a try i suppose my mate has one too
    Im looking for a 02' one for around £1600 in blue or black not to sure where to look though tried ebay going to try auto trader now

    No offence, But i've seen your car And the wiring in your car, especially on your sub... And In my opinion that completely writes off your opinion, also because clio's are acctually good cars

    That sounds about right, Auto trader or just local garages, Could be a case of waiting

    have a look on autotrader and pistonheads to get a rough idea. i got mine on a 52 plate with 45k on the clock last year, still going strong at 54k.

    How much did you pay for yours then?
    Im looking at £1500 for one with 55k on the clock and a 03 plate

    it's a long story really, basically the car was written off and then repaired so now it's on the register, entirely nothing to be concerned about as it's been fully repaired, it's just i got it a hell of a lot cheaper

    that 1.5k one doesn't sound bad, ideally you'd be looking for one that's had some kind of service or even the cambelt changed, though i don't know if that's common in 1.2s.

    make sure you get a 16v too, the 8v engine is crap.

    Its really nice car so yeh, isnt yours the sport tho?

    it is, but all clios are great little cars. if you got the one above, i'd get it serviced (or get a haynes and do it yourself) as soon as possible.

    oil change, spark plugs etc.
