HTML is a basic language, there isn't much that can be advanced.
Php how ever there is advanced, this can be making a CMS or a blogging platform. Or if basic it would be like a small php form, it's pobably too basic to even fit in basic really.The sky is the limit, but you can touch the moon if you try.
