Abit more work on the navigation and content, a little less green and it will look great. With all that green you might qualify for the new .eco domain ext they're planning.

If it is fireworks use the little yellow circle on the bottom of a shape to resize it with the corners left in proportion I'm talking about the "Message" box.

It's alright. You should try changing the colors around and see what you end up with. I think it'd look nice in blue
