Ok, im sure a lot have ben posted but oh well,

right, i have an ipod touch 2g and would like to jailbreak it. But, im looking at the quickpwn one but on the README file, it says:

So im not sure this'll work, any ideas on whether its safe to use and if not what program

How do I tell if its 2G or what?

can someone tell me how to do this jailbreak thing, and is it bad?

its 2g ipod touch if it has a silver rim around the outside of it and the back is curved.

and its not bad, it just could corrupt the ipod for moments but you can just restore it on itunes

Install Winterboard from Cydia, then download the picnic theme.
