Thread: Confused.. :S

    Default Confused.. :S

Well yerr.. I sign into MSN and this lass (she's 16) from work told me that the security dude from work (he's 50+) told her that he feels really naughty and wants to kiss her in the corner. I don't know what to do lol.. Tell her to tell somone, kick the duck out of him or tell someone at work myself. The reason I'm confused is because she's 16 and he isn't really committing an offence is he?? :S:S

Yikes that is NOT a fun situation to be in. It's technically verbal harrassment I think.. She needs to be careful and watch out in case he tries to pull something more though!

no doubt this is pretty serious if its true and i dont mean to sound pushy but i think you should take it ore seriously because she could be scared or distressed over this.
start asking her for more details, and tell her to talk it over with someone high up at work.

Think kiking his head in is a bit harsh although he does sound a bit of a perv, but he aint really committing an offence unless the lass says no and he keeps saying stuff? I would probably just tell some one at work if it carried on.

Yeah, Technically no he isn't committing an offence as both parties are over 16 however it can be seen 'wrong' in the eyes of many people due to the huge age gap. However its up to the girl really as if she feels like she is being abused then she should get it sorted. Also, The fact its at work, the bosses wouldn't take likely to it!

This is officially classed as harassment. My advice would be to tell the girl to say to the security guard that she feels uncomfortable with what he is saying and that she wants him to stop. If she is firm and confident he will probably desist. If he continues, she should talk to her line manager or higher and appropriate action can be taken against him. They have to take it seriously.
