PHP 5.x.x Twitter API Library

Hi,

I have just wrote this quick wrapper library for the Twitter API (for a friend of mine on Twitter) and I thought a few people on here may find it useful.

I will be documenting it a lot more tonight as well as working on bug fixes etc.

Feel free to download it and contribute to the class, though remember the script is untested so don't be surprised if a method doesn't work properly.
