My Vista Laptop has broke
When it startups it doesnt reach the login stage, just the bkg of that with white text saying Please wait.. but one hour later it still says it.
System restore isnt working, dont have backups, is there any way to fix this

The other day I was in a toilet.
A voice came from the cubicle next to me: "Hello mate, how are you doing?"
I didn't want to be rude, so I said, "Not too bad, thanks."
I heard the voice again. "So, what are you up to?"
Again I answered, "Just having a quick ****... How about yourself?"
Then I heard him say "Sorry, mate, I'll have to call you back. I've got some **** in the cubicle next to me answering everything I say."

You could try the Vista disk you should've got with your laptop. I think you could repair the installation without losing any information.

What laptop is it?
Some of them, if you press like F4 or F8 or something like that at the startup it takes you to recovery where you can do a full system restore, it restores it to THE original state of the laptop when you first got it
