Must be pretty dumb, i didnt need postal verification and bought them and recieved withing 15 minutes of signing up

ohhh i didnt know that site was the only site that done them...

and no postal verification needed what so ever, from first visiting the site i had my code within 5 mins, just my google checkout was needed...
Maybe he was trying to pay a different way but google checkout needs nothing but what is on the front and back of the debit / credit card, no other verification...
