    Default Lucid Dreaming.

Anyone got tips on doing this. I've been trying for so long. Lucid dreaming is when you got control of your dream.

If you look at the time alot in waking, eventually it'll be habit and you'll do it in your dream, and if it changes between looking at it, you'll know you're in a dream
    Also works with mirrors
I've been trying for a while, but everytime I work out im in a dream my alarm clock goes off :/
