Default home remedie, helps with cold/sore throat amongst others.

My Grandad sorted this concoction out for me when I was around eight and had a bad cold. With the cold you usually get headaches, sore throats, dizziness & such. (Everybodys had the cold I'm sure).

All that's involved is a basin, vapour rub, a towel & boiling water. The method is to place vapour rub (preferably Vics, but Asdas is alright) into the basin, probably a tablespoon amount. Then you place the boiling water (kettle obv) into the basin and place your head over, letting the steam catch your face. Place the towel over your head & the basin so that the vapors are all in one place. I usually sit for around five/ten minutes. I find it well relaxing and it usually cures me of most of the cold/flu symptoms.

It ain't bad for the skin either, opens your pores & what not. Try it and see!

I do that but just hot I put my face in a bowl after I put the hot water in and the steam opens your pores and I quickly scrub them to get the black heads out and clean my face
