Should there be a "Rent Furni"
When you click on the item it says like "this is a Rented Item" Just so noone trys to scam with it like "FF WIN 20 MODE BARS" Etc?
Like 100 Pixels 2 Days worth of renting it? Or something like that

Wouldn't work, people would just rent loads of thrones and then make it look like a rich trusted casino, people would then buy rights etc, it would only work if you clicked the icon and then there was an icon beside the furniture icon that's to say it's rented or whatever.
That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and own it, squeeze it and hold it cause we consider these minutes golden.

It could be so you could only rent some rare furni, maybe the not so good ones? i.e, a Aloe Vera?

Yes. but then no one would probably want to buy real Rares, as they can just buy these everytime they run out.

I think this is a nice idea - especially for newer players, so they can try out furni and see if they like it. Would be good if you could get previews of new rares - like rent a new rare for 5 mins to see what it does etc

Im not sure why you think it wouldnt work.
Make that furni un tradeable it would work fine.
Just like the effects you can buy to put in your rooms.
