Nothing to say here, same style as 'Rare Value Report 6'.

Normal Rare Values

Silver Birdbath:

29hc - 1 time.

This rare is quite hard to find, so people often pay a little bit over value to make sure they can secure a deal. Not the easiest rare to predict as so few are sold.

Majestic Chair:

2.2hc - 5 times.

These were sold together for 11hc, which is how I worked out the 2.2hc value. The rare is likely to stay at around the 2hc mark (give or take 0.5hc). Nice rare - a fantastic choice for people that cant afford 10 thrones!

DJ-Deck:

5hc - 1 time.

I personally think this was a bad deal for the buyer. The DJ-Deck is not often sold above or below habbox value. However the buyer would of wanted to keep this - not sell it on for profit - due to the .5hc rise.

Super Rare Values

Blue Pillow:

3hc - 2 times.

3hc is the 'norm' price for the Blue Pillow. They are sometimes sold .5hc up or down from habbox value, but the general price is 3hc!

Bronze Dragon Lamp:

75hc - 1 time.

This was sold for one throne, hence why it was valued at 1hc above habbox value. This rare is too rare to predict.

FRANK Brain:

5hc - 1 time.

A fall in price, suggests people are selling but because so many are being sold, sellers are having to challenge other sellers. Likely to drop in value.

Categorized Rare Values

Black Diner Till:

0.75hc - 1 time.

This was sold above habbox value, due to them not being the EASIEST thing to find. I personnally still think it was a bad trade - but its the buyers choice!

Ice Cube:

0.1hc - 20 times.

Sold for the value of 2hc - obviously because summer is coming. Won't go down in value further though.

Looking through rare shops not many trades are being made! Lot's of failed buyers though. I guess thats just life!

It really depends how I feel on the day - also the comments take ages!

Good to hear. - Often when I have been writing guides and so on, I have nearly finished them, pictures and so on and then the internet goes bust, used to happen when I was doing Habbox Department reports aswell, it's very annoying.
